Our new back office is live
On February 2nd we preformed a back-office update to our web store, which looks and functions identical to our previous site. If you had an account on our previous web store: fear not - all your sales history was preserved in our in-store Point of Sale system, however:
1) BE PREPARED TO RESET YOUR PASSWORD. Keep in mind you don't need an account to use our site, but if you already have an account and you try to login on or after Feb 2nd, 2021, you will get a login error. Simply click the 'Forgot Your Password?' link and reset it.
2) WISHLIST WERE RESET. If you used the wishlist functionality unfortunately those were not able to be resynced. Please recreate them by first logging in, going to a product page and adding any products you want to your wishlist.
