CV/Audio utility able to attenuate, invert and apply offset to an input signal.

With the main pot (attenuverter) at right it will multiply the signal by 1 and at the left will multiply by -1.
Offset control will add +/- 10V DC to the output. Quite useful as a DC adder when no input is present.
Bicolor LEDS will turn red when the output signal is positive and green when the signal is negative, making it a good CV monitor. IN1 is normalized to IN2 so it also may act also as a two-channel polarizing active Mult.
